Kenya’s Kipchoge talks about surviving COVID-19

Eliud Kipchoge a Kenyan marathon champion has been speaking about keeping fit while we self isolate our days through the corona virus pandemic. the marathon champion in a video encouraged those staying at home during this pandemic to work on getting their minds and body’s fit as it helps to strengthen once immune system.

attached to this post is a video he shared with CGTN, in the video he said that “I think the whole world will hopefully beat this virus in the next month and maybe May we are able to come back to our training and resume in a big way. We will win this fight against COVID-19″

he advised that people should exercise their bodies and mind by doing physical exercises and reading some newspapers, he also advised that we should be with the family, “watch good movies together” he says this can helps make the days move and you get more knowledge. This are things that most of you are doing anyway but hearing it from someone like the marrathon champion should be a motivation
