klopp is the 2nd germain manager to win the ucl with none german club

with Liverpool’s victory against tottenham, jurgan klopp becomes the second German manager to win the ucl title with none German club, the last person to have done that was jupp heynckes in 1998 he won the cup with with real Madrid.




this is not the first time klopp has taken a club to a championship finals, in 2013 klopp lead his former club Dortmund to a champions league final and lost 2-1 to banyan Munich, he also took Liverpool to the finals last year and lost to real Madrid.

klopp has a few trophies under his belt, while he was with Dortmund he won five trophies for the club as its coach, two out of the five trophies where league titles, he also had two DFB pokal titles (deutscher football bund) the DFB “is a German knockout football compaction founded in 1935” he also lead the team to two DFL super cups success, the DFL tournament is a tournament that is meant for the winners of the previous season of the bundesliga and the DFB Pokal competitions. he left the club in 2015, he joint Liverpool in 2015 and has been their couch ever since.
